From a quiet dream in the hills to coffee cups around the world

What began as a peaceful post-retirement retreat envisioned by Late T. Govinda Reddy has today grown into Madhu Agro Plantation a thriving coffee estate built on passion, patience, and a deep love for the land.

Thirty years ago, this journey began with 54 acres. What looked like barren soil to others was an opportunity waiting to be nurtured.

With dedication and care, every coffee plant was seeded and nurtured by hand, growing stronger season after season. Over time, those young plants transformed into a thriving coffee forest, producing beans celebrated for their rich aroma and exceptional taste.

Today, the plantation is proudly run by the mother–daughter duo, T. Nirmala Reddy and T. Raji Reddy. Madhu Agro Plantation is the only women-run coffee plantation in the region, where our coffee is women-grown and women-led, supported by a 100% tribal women workforce, and where passion meets craftsmanship.

For years, our coffee has travelled far beyond the plantation reaching cafés and brands in India and across the UK, Australia, Japan, Canada, and USA.

Now, after decades of nurturing coffee from seed to bean, we bring it directly from our farms to your cup.
